With our unmatched guest service staff (approx. 1 FTGC staff member for each 10 participants) and other important event details included in our shotgun event pricing; food & beverage, prize fund, valet bag service, Fossil Trace tee gift, etc. You will find our rate per player extremely competitive, considering the event venue is our superior-conditioned & award-winning Jim Engh designed golf course, 11,000 square foot clubhouse and banquet facility with Three Tomatoes Steakhouse & Club providing unparalleled food & beverage services.

Fossil Trace Advanced Reservations
Perfect for groups from 12-36 players.
Our tee-time guidelines require guests to make tee times up to (7) days in advance; however, groups of (12) players or more have the opportunity to book advanced tee times, based on availability, with the following details:
The per player fee is $90, which includes your guaranteed tee-times, green fee, cart w/GPS, range balls & a FTGC tee gift ($20 value TBD for 2012).
Rate also includes personalized cart signs, cart setup & on-course events (longest drive, closest to the pin, etc.).
**Advanced Reservation Policy: Deposit of $360 due no later than (10) days in advance of the date of play. Upon receipt of the deposit, players may pay individually when they arrive at Fossil Trace Golf Club on the date of play. After arrival and payment from ALL reserved players on the date of play, $270 of the deposit amount will be refunded. In the case of players failing to show, the refund with be reduced by $90 for each no-show player. Should players fail to show on the date of play, refunds or rain checks cannot be issued.
